What are Partial Payments?
We get it – the thought of splurging all at once can be a real buzzkill when you're itching for an incredible journey. But fear not, you can login anytime and pay at your own pace.
What Currency are the prices in?
All prices are in $US Dollars. Don’t worry if your bank is not in this currency. When you make payment, the amount taken will be converted at your banks current $USD exchange rate.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using a credit/ debit card (Visa, Mastercard) American Express (USD,EUR, GBP) and a few other ways too depending on your currency.

Is my money safe?
When you book using WeTravel, your payments go directly to their payment provider (Stripe in the US and Europe, Mangopay for Canada, Australia and South Africa), two of the world’s leading payment providers, used by many large internet companies such as Facebook and Twitter.
WeTravel’s payment provider (either Stripe or Mangopay) temporarily holds the funds in a secure escrow account.

Can I move my trip to a later date?
We understand that life can be a rollercoaster, so we offer a 60 day no-fee flexibility period. That means you can transfer your trip without any extra charges up to 60 days before departure*. Your happiness is our top priority, after all!
